We are in need of some one or a couple to take on the position fully of youth pastor or be an assistant to our current interim youth pastor. Individual must understand and impart the vision of The Father's House to the youth, schedule actives, have vision for growth and evangelism, schedule outreaches, mission trips, camps, and fun stuff. Person should be well organized, computer literate, and actively pursuing more of God. Be familiar with and or a musician would be beneficial as well for the youth worship band.

We are always looking for more talented singers and musicians but primarily I am looking to for a group or individuals that their style and talent leans toward to rock/hard rock/metal sound. This team is not to mimic secular sounds but to take this sound with God's anointing to higher levels of worship and warfare. This is a very cutting edge ministry and will be somewhat of a pioneering adventure.

Looking for a person to manage our in house and web bookstore. This individual must be computer literate and easy to train. They must be inovative in merchandising,promotion of products, and stock of inventory.

Looking for a person to be dedicated to serving and ministering to the children of TFH. This person teaches the children and carries the vision of TFH to the youth in doing so. This person also recruits more workers and schedules their time to spread the work around. This person ultimately would have vision for expanding the Children's ministry with outreaches, activities, vacation Bible school, kids camp, and where ever else the Lord may lead.

Needed a dedicated sound person that knows sound equipment in detail and is available for most Sundays and soem other services, this person would also be desired to be present for worship practices and be able to train others as well.
